The R307S (1000 Prints) Fingerprint Module includes an optical fingerprint sensor, a high-speed DSP processor, a high-performance algorithm for fingerprint alignment, high-capacity FLASH chips, and other hardware and software components. It has a simple structure, stable performance, and features functions for fingerprint entry, image processing, fingerprint matching, searching, and template storage, among others. A fingerprint sensor module called R307 has a TTL UART interface. The FP module can directly interface with a 3v3 Microcontroller. The user can configure the module in 1:1 or 1: N mode and store the fingerprint data there. A level converter (like MAX232) is needed for the PC interface. The RS232 interface is a TTL level, the default baud rate is 57600, can be changed, refer to a communication protocol, and can microcontroller, such as ARM, DSP, and other serial devices with a connection, 3.3V 5V microcontroller can be connected to directly. The R307 fingerprint module has two interfaces: TTL UART and USB 2.0. USB 2.0 interface can be connected to the computer. Requires connecting the computer for level conversion.

AS608 is a fingerprint scanner and reader module but does more than that like fingerprint enrollment, image processing, print matching and many more. It processes the data and sends processed data to the microcontroller through serial. The device uses a DSP chip that does image rendering, feature finding, calculation and searching. It has an in-built flash memory that stores the data of fingerprint and enrolls new – up to 162 fingerprints can be stored. It interfaces with the controller or any other system with TTL serial and sends packets of data to take photos, detects print, hash, and search. The device has a red and green LED light indication for the wrong and right prints. The module can be easily tested with a window software as well as user can enroll using the software and can see the image of the fingerprint on the computer.

The AD-013 fingerprint sensor module is consist from a fingerprint sensor & a MCU. The module provide one UART interface output port for connecting to customer side main board.
The AD-013 sets itself apart from other finger print scanners with the ability to read a fingerprint's image by pixel array and delivering ridge or valley signals to the A/D converter and digital processor, then to the serial peripheral interface for data-reading. The on-board MCU uses a fingerprint algorithm allowing you, through UART, to use MCU SOC commands to operate module like fingerprint enroll, match operations, and more.
The AD-013 features an image resolution of 508dpi, a recognition time of less than 0.6 seconds, and can store up to 40 high quality templates. Unlike other fingerprint scanners, this version includes an an interface cable with a 6-pin male hook-up output that attaches to the connection port for easy set-up and assembly.
